Property Valuation Report
Eight property owners in a small rural community adjacent to a proposed 10 turbine wind farm installation in West Wales employed the services of a well-established property valuer, to find out the effect that the wind farm installation would have on the value of their properties. The resulting devastating report from the valuer has been finalised and returned to the property owners.
One very courageous person who is one of the eight has given SOCME permission for a copy of the report to be published on this website, with the words of,
"Everyone needs to read it."
For obvious reasons, the following extracts from the report is for only one of the eight varying properties, but a mention of the loss in value of the combined eight properties is included.
