An idea started by Welshpool businessman Dan Munford is rapidly spreading across Wales. Reading about proposals to build hundreds of industrial wind turbines standing higher than Nelson's Column across the most beautiful areas of Welsh countryside, Dan's reaction was to ask why the Assembly hadn't consulted people first?
