Well, I hear you say, the Brecon Beacons is a National Park, there is no chance of them building Factories on these mountains. Think again. If the charming John Prescott gets his way the words 'National Park' will be meaningless from the point of view of planning. He, in his great wisdom (which must be great as he keeps telling us it is) thinks that it is Westminster who should decide what should happen in one of our greatest tourist attractions.
